Our Story

Emine Peker, the founder of our company, embarked on her journey in the world of artistry after graduating from the KKML Painting Department in 1978. She honed her skills as a designer at various Turkish tile art workshops and Turkish tile art cooperatives in Kütahya. In 1985, she established her first store, followed by the establishment of her very own workshop the following year.

She continued her creative pursuits by bringing her brothers under the company's umbrella, transforming it into a family enterprise. Our repertoire of creations includes decorated kitchen utensils, the artful application of Turkish ceramic tile-marbling techniques, crafting jewelry from Turkish ceramic tiles, utilizing lead-free glaze in our production, and implementing electric ovens in our manufacturing processes, among others.

Emine achieved remarkable success in recreating classic İznik forms and patterns, with her 16th-century İznik reproductions being exhibited in prestigious institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum in New York, the V&A Museum in London, Musée de Sevres, Musée du Louvre in Paris, and the Gulbenkian Collection in Lisbon, Portugal.

In recognition of her exceptional contributions to the field of Turkish tile art and ceramic art, she was bestowed with the title of State Artist in 2005. She actively represented our country in both domestic and international exhibitions.

In addition to faithfully reviving classical designs, Emine also blazed a trail in original pattern design and implementation, with numerous products and patterns registered under her name.

With the motto 'A Turkish Tile Art for Every Home,' Emine revolutionized the industry with Turkish ceramic tile design hot pads. To this day, our company operates within a sprawling 3000 square meters facility, exporting our products not only to various European countries but also as far-reaching as Japan, the USA, Australia, Korea, and numerous European nations.

We mourn the loss of Emine Peker, the founder of our family business, who was not just our leader but also our mentor, cherished partner, and a person of great worth, known for her creativity and noble spirit. She succumbed to the COVID-19 pandemic on December 2, 2020.

To cope with the pain of moving forward without her, we are dedicated to upholding her principles and carrying on her legacy.

In addition to our ongoing production activities in Kütahya, we have expanded by opening showrooms in two different locations in America.
